In addition to UK sterling cheques and US Dollar checks, we can accept Paypal payments to the above email address. We can also accept payments by Visa card and Mastercard but would need to send buyers an email containing a pay by visa/mastercard button, to enable the payment to be paid.

The booking deposit is payable on booking and non-refundable with the balance of the payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. We cannot refund payments for cancellations made during the 8 weeks prior to the start of the booking and strongly recommend guests take out appropriate travel insurance to ensure they can recover their payment from the insurers in the event of a problem or illness preventing them from travelling.

We ask all guests for a refundable security deposit of £250 (US$500) to cover any possible damage or breakages. We recommend the security deposit is paid by separate sterling cheque (or US check) and we will not cash it. Provided the Villa Management Company give the all-clear in their post-visit inspection, we will destroy the cheque or return the payment if another payment method is used.
