The weekly rental rate includes cleaning fees and a welcome pack of basic provisions on arrival.  All bedding and towels are provided, with each bed having a full set of spare bedding should guests wish to change their own bedding during their stay.

In addition to the above weekly rent, County and State taxes (6% and 7% respectively) are levied on all transactions in Florida.  I have the unfortunate task of collecting these taxes from guests and passing them to the tax office.

If pool/hot tub heat is required, a charge of £9.50 per day is levied to cover the additional electricity cost.  Please note the hot tub will not heat unless the pool heat is on.
