Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom

Double doors lead to the large and impressive master bedroom with American King bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in wardrobe, TV,DVD and VCR.  The master bathroom has a WC, large walk-in shower, twin wash basins and a sumptuous jacuzzi bath.

Balcony Bedroom

Four poster American Queen bed, door to upstairs balcony, built-in wardrobe, TV/DVD and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the Office bedroom.  The bathroom has a door at either end which can be locked from the inside and outside to ensure privacy when shared by the two bedrooms.  The bathroom has wash basin, WC and shower over bath.

Office/Study Bedroom

Sofa bed which converts to either an American King double or two twin beds - bedding and change of bedding available for either choice.  Shared Jack and Jill bathroom (see above), built-in wardrobe, broadband internet connection, office table and chair.

1st. Twin Bedroom

Two twin beds (single beds), built-in wardrobe, great view over the lake and TV/DVD.  It shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the other twin-bedded room. The bathroom has a door at either end which can be locked from the inside and outside to ensure privacy when shared by the two bedrooms.  The bathroom has twin wash basins, WC and shower over bath.

2nd. Twin Bedroom

Two twin beds (single beds), built-in wardrobe, great view over the lake and TV/DVD.  Bathroom is shared with the 1st. twin-bedded room (see above).

Landing

The large landing has a small library of books, coffee making facilities a large storage cupboard with a fridge and guest safe.

A cot, stairgate and potty are provided for guests with a young child or baby.
