Kitchen
The family room is open plan and includes the kitchen area, breakfast bar and casual dining area overlooking the pool and lake. Granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, large US refrigerator/freezer with filtered, chilled water dispenser and ice maker. Large oven, grill, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, ample pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 12.
Breakfast Bar & Casual Dining Area
The Breakfast Bar has two high stools and a granite top whilst the casual dining area has a circular real wood pine table with slate tiled top and 4 chairs positioned in the bay wndow overlooking the pool and lake.
Front Living Room/Reception and Formal Dining Room
Suede type 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, side tables and coffee table offering a quieter TV-free area for reading or relaxing. The formal dining table is real wood natural pine with genuine slate tiles with 8 matching chairs. The chairs in the Casual Dining area also match, so additional chairs can be added to the table.
Utility Room
US 'Industrial' size washing machine and drier - 20 minute cycles and crease-free drying. Also provided are iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner plus mops and brushes in case of any spillage.
Double Garage
The toy box with indoor and pool toys is in the double garage along with the children's stroller/pushchair and high chair. Extra plastic chairs and sun loungers for the pool deck are also stored here.
Downstairs Bedroom and Bathroom
American Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, TV/DVD, ceiling fan and access to bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. The corridor from the downstairs bedroom leads to the bathroom and also to a separate access door to the pool area.
Pool Area
Heated swimming pool (24ft x 12ft) with hot tub, fully screened to protect from mosquitos, 4 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs, large outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. Additional table, chairs and sunloungers available. Gas-fired barbecue available. Pool toys provided. Glorious lake view.
Games Room
The Double Garage has been converted into a superb Games Room which is fully carpetted with bar tables and bar stools, plus a full-size American Pool Table, Air Hockey and a Nintendo Wii wired up to a wall-mounted 42" LCD TV.
